CNC Bending
The key to successful CNC Bending is accurate repeatability for processing of large quantities.
This is achieved through High Resolution Encoders within the CNC process. Our CNC bending press brake simplifies programming and eliminates the need for trial bending. The use of standard vee-dies allows us to achieve cost savings through reducing set-up times on small lots and prototypes. We manufacture a wide variety of components using our state-of-the-art CNC Bending facilities. The components are manufactured to the exact specification of our customers.
CNC Turret Punching
The CNC Turret Punch Press yields high productivity economically. The tooling of
our turret punch press uses a large number of standard punch tools: holes of varying sizes, straight edges, commonly-used notches or mounting holes. By using a large number of strokes, with several different tools in turn, our
turret press may make a wide variety of parts without having to first make a specialised press tool for that task. This saves both time and money, allowing for either rapid prototyping or for low volume production to start without tooling.
Guillotining
Guillotining or metal shearing is a process used to cut steel and other metals to size, with a shearing action. Our guillotining service allows us to process most metals to the close tolerances demanded by our clients. We are able to cut and trim metal quickly and economically to any size and in whatever volumes our
customers require.
Metal Fabrication
We offer a wide range of metal fabricating services and equipment to cater to
your every need. Our fabrication processes guarantee that the customer’s design
is assembled and finished to their demanding specifications. Our services for light
fabrication is one of the most economical way to achieve high quality finished products, including assemblies, spot welding, jigs, fixture, nut assemblies, and much more.
Coil Line
Our coil line services are used to reduce wastage of raw material even before the
process starts. One advantage of coil line is automatic CNC adjustments of stops
to the required length of the blank. The coil line levellers allow us to achieve excellent flatness by the removal of edge waves and bows in the middle of the sheets. Precise cutting and angularity of the sheets is assured. Burr-less cutting will be achieved with the edge trimming shears and cut-to-length shears.
Stamping:
When there is a high volume production requirement we will meet your stamping
tooling needs of permanent dies, fixtures, or jigs. We will build the tools for a specific order, then store and maintain the tooling for future stamping production runs. The stamping process is so economic that there is no need to source the
supply of products outside of Australia – we can do it competitively!
